Once a tracking number is generated, you will receive a notification and tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to show after the label is created, depending on the carrier.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and Canada.
For Canada, the cost of your shipment includes duties, so there is no need to pay duties or clearance fees. Only taxes are added separately during checkout.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For sanitary reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
