How can I check my order?

You can check the status of your order on your Account page, which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order is shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 2–3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping.Domestic Shipping:Standard: 4–7 business daysIf there is a high order volume, your order may experience a longer processing time before shipping.

Once a tracking number is generated, you will receive a notification and tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to show after the label is created, depending on the carrier.

*It's important to mention that we process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges will be reflects on the checkout page once you have added the items to your cart.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and Canada.

Do I need to pay for duties or taxes?

For Canada, the cost of your shipment includes duties, so there is no need to pay duties or clearance fees. Only taxes are added separately during checkout.

What is your return Policy?

To start a return, email our team at hello@cludaze.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For sanitary reasons, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

They go through manufacturing, packaging, and shipping procedures in South Korea. Despite being produced in South Korea, the packaging and shipment occur from the USA.
